Management Assistant - Office Manager
Your Responsibilities• Ensuring the smooth operation of the Administration Department and providing effective support to the CEO in organizing daily work
• Managing the CEO's meeting calendar
• Overseeing the proper flow of documents and information
• Human Resources
• Purchasing office supplies
• Payroll and transferring invoices
• Preparing, editing, and reconciling documents and contracts
• Preparing reports, summaries, and presentations
• Assisting with meetings – preparing documentation, taking minutes, and ensuring the smooth running of meetings
• Coordinating the work of individual departments – ensuring a smooth flow of information and effective collaboration between teams
• Contact with clients – handling ongoing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and providing basic information
Our Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant to the president/director/board member or office manager
• High organizational skills and attention to detail
• High personal culture and confidentiality in performed tasks
• High degree of independence in carrying out assigned tasks
• Ability, resistance to stress, and the ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to manage priorities
• Category B driving license
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Commitment and a proactive attitude
• Knowledge of basic invoicing and finance
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Logical thinking and the ability to quickly connect the dots
• Proactive approach to work and commitment to completing assigned tasks
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
• English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2

Purchasing Specialist - Buyer
Your Responsibilities
• Ordering raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging, and finished products
• Selection and negotiation with suppliers – domestic and international
• Creating and maintaining supplier and product databases
• Co-creating product offers
• Managing purchasing and logistics documentation (orders, invoices, contracts)
• Coordinating production and deliveries
• Logistics management: delivery planning, monitoring deadlines and transport costs
• Preparing reports and analyzing purchasing activities
• Seeking opportunities to optimize costs and processes
Our Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position, working with foreign clients or suppliers
• Excellent English skills (required)
• Analytical thinking and excellent work organization
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, reports, price lists)
• Meticulous, independent, and goal-oriented
• Knowledge of the printing and bookbinding industries is a plus
