Our art workshops are a comprehensive development path that takes students from their first contact with silk fabric to the independent creation of advanced silk scarves and shawls. The program is designed as a combination of three levels of instruction, from beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each participant can gradually develop their skills under the guidance of experienced instructors through individual consultations. This unique silk drawing and painting course allows you to learn silk painting techniques that have been practiced for half a century and discover the extraordinary properties of one of the most precious materials used in applied art. Classes are held in our studio in Milanówek. They are held individually, allowing for a fully tailored pace of learning to the student's needs. The basic course introduces students to various types of silk weaves, the characteristics of silk fabric, the principles of selecting paints and brushes, and color theory. Learning watercolor painting on silk involves working with water-based paints, creating smooth tonal transitions, and mastering the specifics of pigment spreading on the delicate surface of fabric. This is not just a watercolor painting course, but also an inspiring journey into the world of art, developing creativity, patience, and the ability to consciously build compositions. Each stage of learning culminates in the creation of your own silk scarf, which becomes a unique work of art and a practical accessory.

Art classes for adults and children

Successive levels of the course allow you to gradually explore more advanced techniques and develop your individual artistic style. After mastering the basics, participants move on to learning wet-on-wet shading, creating color gradients, and consciously combining colors. An important element of the program also includes learning how to use a gutta, a special contour tool used in silk painting, and designing their own patterns and contours. This allows participants to learn not only how to reproduce ready-made motifs, but also how to independently create their own compositions. At the highest level, they work on the full creative process, from design concept, through contour preparation, to creating complex backgrounds using dry gradients and knowledge of contrasting colors. The silk painting and drawing course also includes the use of metallic guttas, decorative strokes, and advanced color effects. Learning watercolor painting with an instructor in this format allows you to understand the specifics of working with silk and gain the skills necessary to create professional works. Thanks to our individual approach, each person can develop their own artistic interests at our drawing and painting school for adults and children, as the curriculum encourages experimentation with form and hones their skills under the guidance of experts specializing in this unique field of visual art.
