Order delivery and collection: costs, methods, and timeframes

Order delivery costs are indicated on the product page, in this section, and during the checkout process.

Free delivery applies to orders with a value of at least 300 PLN.

Personal collection of orders from our showroom in Milanówek is free of charge.

The following delivery or collection methods are available for your order:

  • InPost courier delivery within Poland: 12 PLN

  • InPost courier delivery, InPost courier delivery with cash on delivery (COD): 20 PLN (we do not ship personalized products via COD)

  • InPost parcel locker: 12 PLN

  • Orlen Paczka: 12 PLN

  • economy letter: 10 PLN (unregistered shipment without tracking, sent at the Buyer's risk)

  • personal pickup: ul. Kościuszki 26, Milanówek; weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The standard delivery time for orders within Poland is 1–2 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description or during the ordering process. For orders containing products with different delivery times, the applicable delivery time is the longest one specified. The delivery period is calculated as follows:

  • If payment is made via bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment card – from the day the payment is credited to our bank account.

  • If payment is made via cash on delivery – from the day the order is placed.

Order readiness for collection:

If personal collection is selected, the product will be ready for pickup within 24 hours, unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description or during the ordering process. The Customer will be additionally notified via email or telephone when the product is ready for collection. The period for the product to be ready for collection begins as described above.
